We will make simple goals to help focus your efforts. The more specific the goal, the more motivated you are to achieve it. We’ll start with some basic questions:

  • Who is involved?

  • Where is it located?

  • Which resources or limits are involved?

Measurable

Measuring goals help us track your progress and stay motivated. These questions help us measure your goal:

  • How much effort will this require?

  • How many sessions will this take?

  • How will I know when it is accomplished?

Achievable

How do you climb a mountain? One step at a time. Keeping your goals realistic and attainable keeps you motivated and feeling positive. Questions we ask to keep goals achievable:

  • How can I accomplish this goal?

  • How realistic is this goal?
